When my son suffered with it we were told to cut out E numbers from his diet. It worked and Im not that strict about his diet anymore and it hasnt come back yet( touch wood).

My partner and daughter suffer from exzema very severe in my partners case, he was like the boy in the bubble as a kid. He has tried everything but he recently got from his doc Dermol 500 & Dermol 600 bath & cream, he swears by them and my daughters skin is lovely, when there skin has calmed down a bit they use aqueous bp

I used to suffer from it too.

Cut out yeast, yeast extract and mushrooms (basically all fungus based food) and it went.

Can be caused by food intolerances so well worth getting them checked out!

Try cutting out dairy produce, this can affect it too.
