Friday. A lot of cloud about, but I'm hoping it will clear as I'm on the canal today and tomorrow, sunday I'm in the heritage centre. Good weather would be nice. Too much to ask for? We shall see won't we.
Wildlife report.
Foxy and tiggy were in as usual last night, foxy chased a cat out of the garden. One surprised moggie! :o} I'm sure he had a smile on his face while he scoffed his supper.
Tiggy was on his own, but made several trips taking bits with him each time. What a good little lad he is. I don't mind helping him at all.
Out and about. I was a little bit late this morning, didn't go out until 4.
The pair of foxes were not in their usual place, so may have been and gone.
The badgers were around the sett, more than I usually see, so they must all have returned after their nights foraging. The younger ones were playing and having fun, the spadger catcher was about again, so the dawn chorus was silent. Four small Roe deer were in the field grazing, they hadn't seen me so I watched them for a while. Beautiful little animals they are.
I'm now on the second coffee. Have a happy day everyone.
