Thanks very much everyone, just got home, was going to go out for a meal, had a walk along the Seafront, it's very muggy so didn't really fancy sitting inside for too long, just had a beer or three in different Pubs and strolled home, all good fun.
Baldric , did you take your much better half with you ? I miss coming home to a dog - it is nice that they missed you and are happy. My moronic moggies usually toddle down from my bed about two hours after I get home. That's only because they are hungry.
The welcome we got when we got home, you would think we had been away for 3 weeks not 3 hours, it's great. We had actually left them with access to the garden, which is very secure and lockable, think they must have been asleep 'cos we got up to first floor, rear garden access level (built into a steepish hill) from kitchen diner and lounge before they noticed and came flying inside.
Thanks Bb, yes, you're right, Daddies Girl, Kim, at the back in the avatar, leaning against my leg, head in my lap as I'm typing, not going out again tonight as they've had outside access and I've had Beer and the door will be open anyway (self service)
