I think it is a "severe threat", any ideas on the removal, "RAPPORT" doesnt appear to be dealing with it very well.

More details please, what is it on pc, laptop, android tablet? What O/S are you using? What is classing it as a severe threat and what were you doing at the time?

It is on PC im running windows 7, Rapport classed it as severe.

I was playing a youtube video at the time and could understand why the vid wasnt play very well, and I looked at "performance" and it running at nearly 100%

As razza states what AV have you got and have you run a scan with it?
Were you running a scan with Rapport?

Wouldn't hurt to run a 'scan' with Malwarebites free

I have MSE, Rapport and Malwarebytes

MSE keeps telling me that it has detected a threat and is cleaning and "no action needed" but its been telling me that for two hours!

Have you recently downloaded any software.? If so a nasty could have come along with it.

Go into your Control Panel > Programs & Features and see if any mysterious programmes have turned up in the last few days.

Mal ware bites found and dealt with a few bits but not done anything with this. Pc Is virtually unusable to to cpu at 100%

Try running symantec RATTER- that was successful in getting rid of this things predecessor.
