Is anyone else delighted with teh news that coldplay are to split - given their dirge filled output over the past few years?

If it's true, I shall feel really happy, and skip about all day, and if it's an AF joke, at least I;ve had a great day thinking that maybe people will stop adoring them so much.

although it was hinted at at the Brits by Chris himself - but I honestly dont think they will, although I dont like them, they are onto a good thing - there sales are really good, why throw that away?
