If you've got a bank account it's just as easy to settle up a system of paying most of them (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Phone, Credit card etc) by standing order or direct debit and it eliminates the risk of somebody else clearing off with your money and then not paying the bills.
This is the quote from their website: - Secure Homes, the UK's leading bill paying specialists, have been taking the hassle out of bill paying for over 50 years.
The concept is simple, but our service is unique. We calculate the total cost of all household bills over a year and then divide that amount into a weekly or monthly payment. So, instead of paying all the bills separately, One Bill customers make just one regular payment and then relax and leave the rest to us. Any household bill can be paid via Secure Homes and customers can rest assured that all bills will be paid on time, every time.
Personally can't see any advantage, looks like a solution looking for an appropriate problem to solve.
