How To Wake Your Oh

I've been up at least 3 hours but in the last half hour tried to wake OH but he's not for waking...any idea how I can shift this lazy bones? He wants to go shopping today too should i go for the if you don't get up your not going routine?

Place vacuum cleaner in room (out of reach of OH) switch on, exit room gracefully but quick.

Out his mobile out of his reach and ring it incessantly until he gets up to answer it.

It's still early....you have loads of time. It's his loss if he doesn't get up.

My OH had the perfect solution to waking me up.

She used to tell my youngest son "Go and wake daddy up"

Off he would go up the stairs and find me. He would then gently open an eyelid and poke in a finger saying "Are you awake". It was done with such loving care and a smile that I couldn't get mad or shout at him.

Worked without fail.

He's awake now and I think he's getting ready :)
