I saw a question in the early hours recently that I felt was inappropriate and downright wrong.

I was tempted to report it, but would like to know what happens when that report button is clicked.

The question is no longer there, by the way.

As far as I know it alerts the AB Editor (quicker than the team just checking all the questions) and if he deems it inappropriate they will take action by removing it & repremanding the culprit either by warning or striking off the site.
