Red Pepper & Pineapple Cheese

Hi a while bqck tesco's had a cheese in that I tried & loved it was Red pepper & pineapple chedder they no longer have it I've tried varies places to try to find it, does anyone have any idea where i can buy it.

jar of roasted peppers.... small tin of pineapple chunks ...chop and combine the two....add to cottage cheese. Obviously you won't need all of the pepper and pineapple mix.... stick in the freezer ... break off a chunk as and when
