Rats In Cavities Of Council Home
My sister took lease of a council house not long ago, it had had a previous rat problem they told her but they said it was now clear.
She moved in, with her little kids and the rats have come back in the walls of the house, she has since discovered its been a problem in that house for over 20 years and the Council just keep changing tenants. The council wont believe that the rats are back and wont do a thing to help her. Her phone isnt recording the noise loud enough. She is worried sick.
Any ideas of what she can do to prove the vermin are back? 3 kids' health at risk its a disgrace.
Thanks in advance.

Someone from the council came out and said its almost certainly rats again, put down bait for a week - but in the loft - and it wasnt touched. She thinks theyre in the cavities and not inside the house.
