Opening Ceremony And Independence

Do you think that tonight's opening ceremony will have any influence on the independence vote?

Well, it could have made the scots so embarrassed as to want to vote NO and have the relief of them saying they're British.

No, from the very short bit I saw of it they couldn't afford to put on a professional looking show good enough to influence anyone that they are ready to manage their own affairs.

No Jeffa,you would hope the Scots weigh up all the pros and cons before deciding but how many times have I heard in debates that people dont understand the real issues,economic or otherwise in order to make an informed choice....
