Cut the grass and I'm needing a shower ..outdoor temperature shows 29° in the shade.....got sprinkler on...think I'll get an ice pole from freezer and stand in the sprinkler' s path !! How hot is it with you ? I'm just outside Edinburgh ....

We topped out about 25 today between Stonehaven and Banchory, Banchory about 27.... I was in bed, night shift barely slept it was so hot

I did 21 years of permanent nights, slappy. I know it's difficult to sleep in this weather, and worse still when the kids are on school hols.

Don't have that isue anymore, eldest has his own flat in Aberdeen and my daughter is working at the Commonwealth Games.... I don't have to listen to her trashy nonsense during the day.. however I do have the renovations on going so that's tough enough!!
