Samsung Sh855M Player/recorder

Hi,
can anyone tell me how to reset to factory settings on the above item.
I can scan for programes and it says it has found 94 tv and 24 radio channels, but everytime i switch the unit off i have to re-enter everything again. So time consuming so i thought a factory reset might do the trick.
