OK, so it does not have the raw power of the top models but how many people really will use that anyway?
A smartphone for £26, even if you do have to import it from India (although no duty as it is so cheap) sounds like an excellent purchase for may.
So would you go for it?

No.
Whilst it's extremely keenly priced, it's an extremely underpowered unit, and would not be capable of running resource-hungry applications.
It's basically a phone from six years ago. Great if you are on a budget and only need a phone for calls, texts, web browsing and social networking...but you get what you pay for.
Also, I suspect customer support will be highly restricted.

I agree that there would be no Customs Duty but, since it costs more than £15, there would be Import VAT to pay (£5.20), which would trigger an £8 Customs Examination Fee, adding a total of £13.20 to the cost.
I don't see any reference to the phone being 'quad band', so I wouldn't be confident that it would work in the UK. Even if it did, I'd be wondering just how many apps could be fitted into its rather low memory.
