Rugby Sevens, Why Not Football Sixes!

We have Rugby Sevens and T20 Blast in Cricket, which are both very well supported and loved by the fans, so why hasn't someone come up the the concept of Football Six a Side? No offside, played on a full sized pitch, 10 minutes each half, a goal would be worth 4 points and a corner 1 point. I am sure that supporters would love it.
