Soory, never heard of it. What sort of foods does it feature? I suspect that any diet which isn't well balanced and doesn't enable you to feel reasonably satisfied will not be successful, especially when you take the element of self-discipline into account. Any any diet which stipulates raw spinach smoothies for breakfast is non-runner in my book !!
WendyS; it's a diet which measures each food on its sugar content. You avoid all the high sugar content ones and eat as much as you want of the low ones. You never go hungry. You can drink alcohol too. You can even eat out
