working while sick

a colleague works full time but is off sick with a wrist injury, they also work part-time in a pub. can they legally get sick pay from the full time job but still work in the part-time job. the colleague has been off sick for nearly 4 months

Not sure about the legal stuff, but I'd be asking why are they unfit for one job and not the other.
