Im shortly going to be moving out of my house to move into rented accomodation due to the breakdown of my marriage.Is it possible to remove my name from this house so as to gain a new mortgage for a new property

Before you do this have you sought legal advice .... not 100% sure if you are a male or a female as the name could be either ... but regardless of that is there any equity in the property and if so what arrangements are being made for your share ???? Why is it you that is moving out and is the property going to be sold ? Whether or not you can be removed from the mortgage is up to the lender, but I think you need to get a lawyer.
