My spell checker sometimes changes my work automatically and I've just printed off three copies of my dissertation (75 pages each), to notice the word without has been changes to: with out.
CRAP! I am marked on my spelling, how can I get rid of this without having to re-print the whole thing?

You can just print the pages that it happens on. You fix this on your print page when you click on it....
Watch though that by deleting spaces you don't alter words appearing at the beginning and ends of pages so it's then out of joint and missing other random bits which would be worse.
You could ask to find "with out" and replace it with "without" throughout the document.
Go to Edit -- Find - type in 'with out' and then click on Replace tab and type in 'without' (without the inverted commas. Then select Change all and it will be miraculously fixed. Just ensure there are no with outs in your dissertation that you don't want changed!
I think id fix it and re print it all honestly its not worth losing precious marks over xx

Best of luck xx
Why not try the other method first. I promise you it would only take two minutes. Just make sure you click Replace All.
