How To Deal With Threats & Harrassment

I am on the receiving end of malicious calls and constant calling from my tenant. I have not gone to the police as of yet, I have one call which has been saved on my phone. I feel this matter will escalate in due course as I wlll be serving him a Section 21. Whats the best way to protect myself and my family

Keep a diary of hassle ,Times , content etc, keep phone calls texts ...and take to police, get a harrassment order served against them...get them out ASAP ..Good luck !

^^ As above go to the police now and report it. Then at least there is a record of it on file if anything worse happens . Take the phone with the recording as evidence.
