The diet is extreme in that it stops your bad habits in their tracks, and makes you eat healthy food for a few weeks! It is not forever, just for 2-3 weeks to see how you react. I found it amazing- it completely cleared my sinuses (I had a hanky clutched in my hand constantly as a child), improved my asthma and colitis, and skin, hair and nails. It made me realise how much crap I was eating and that things like dairy and gluten did me no favours. I still go back to it when I feel like food is making me ill again. You could do it for 2 weeks and see if it breaks your craving for sugar? I reckon you'd never look back!
