Google Chrome is a browser and comes with its own pop-up blocker built in. (As, indeed, do nearly all browsers these days). Google is a website, which can be viewed from within
any browser, and doesn't generate pop-ups, so I can't see how you could have a pop-up blocker for it!
Anyway, if you're being plagued by pop-ups, they're almost certainly being created by malware on your computer, so it's that which you actually need to get rid of. Download, install and run the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

(When installing, take care to deselect the option to take a free trial of the 'Premium' version. When running it, be prepared for a long wait as a scan often takes over half an hour).
