Nooooo...I bargained for this hub....well Dave did in the end because BT don't understand me.....it's just blue isn't my favourite colour....gym knickers and school uniform....and all that.....:-(

To be fair, been with BT for years, only ever had two problems and both were sorted over the 'phone, so not unhappy with them.

I was happy til all this hooha with my internet crashing and it's been interesting to see how different they are since I persuaded Dave to speak to them for me......x

I've never had problems with BT, and my 3 lights are blue..............

It's a simple enough line fault - probably just needs the connections making again, either at the house or the green box - but getting BT Openreach out is a very difficult (and potentially expensive) procedure these days.
