If you were owed money by an individual who repeatedly refused to pay and out of frustration you texted them and told them to keep it would that count against you if you took them to court at a later date. I don't know if they still have the text.

It is called forgiving a debt and tell the judge that you didnt mean it and see what happens...this is over the car still is it ?
