I have been having a lot of problems with them in general. I tend to get diconnected and have to re-boot my PC every other day (on 512 broadband) and the mail seems to take hours to come through!
Not only today - but for the last week! I'm just relieved there is nothing wrong with our modem, as this was the problem according to the mountains of error messages we've been receiving. Our email is Tiscali/Tinyworld - but the problems are identical.
