I Am Speechless

My daughter has a habit of treating my clothes as her own and it drives me insane that quite often she doesn't have the courtesy to ask if she can borrow something.
I went to the shops this morning and bumped into her best friend. I commented on her skirt and said I had one the same that I hadn't worn yet. The friend informed me that my daughter hand lent it to her.
I couldn't get home fast enough and when I checked my wardrobe, the skirt was missing.
Someone is in or a severe ear bending and draconian sanctions will be applied.
Does grounding for 10 years sound too severe?
