Richard Cleaver's Summer Quiz For Mind

I know this will sound really stupid.
I've received Richard's new quiz in PDF format and no matter how I try to print it I'm missing some questions on each page because the print starts some distance from the top of the page.
On screen it looks OK.
Is there a way to resolve this?
I thought about converting it to a Word document but I'm not having much luck. I know there are lots of programs to download but are any of them any good as well as free?
Is anyone else having the same problem?

Hi Rivel, I'm SO glad it's not just me that's having this problem. We wasted loads of paper trying to print it with no joy. I've never had a problem with Richard's quizes in the past. Wondering if he's done it in A3 format by mistake. Kustard

I've just printed mine off successfully from my iPad. I'll be on the desktop a bit later and I'll have a look there.

I was emailing Richard on behalf of us both Rivel but the "Mind" email address he gave for any problems kicked the email back and I can't find the address I used to email him on in the past!! Help!!

I chose select all and then pasted it into word which has worked fine and its also a bigger print which suits me fine lol

Hi rivel & Kustard,

What application are you printing it from? The great advantage of PDFs is that they are easily scaleable to whatever size of paper you have in your printer. When you try to print, look for a 'size to page' or 'fit to page' setting in the print options.

The email address is [email protected] - and it is working fine as far as I can tell.

I hope these difficulties will not detract from your enjoyment of the quiz.

Thank you SO much Richard!!!! There are gremlins in my computer because although it said the email could not be delivered it must have been because I got your reply. Charlie (the technical one) is in the garage doing things to the car but will take a look when he comes in. Believe me I'll enjoy the quiz even if I have to read all the clues off the screen!!!!! I have managed to solve the problem!

Under size options - Tick Fit
Where it says Choose paper source by PDF page size - untick the box.
I hadn't noticed that box when I tried before.
It worked for me.
Hope it helps others.

Mine missed Q24 and 47 off the bottom of page 1.

I've written them out in my best joined up writing at the top of the page, and I'm sure RL will spot that when he marks!
