A little confused by the ending......

All that remains is Noah, his wife , his 2 sons, his girlfriend and the 2 baby girls. To start a population again who exactly is going inpregnate these 2 girls? Can't be their father or grandfather surely?

If it was good enough for Adam and Eve's offspring 6000ish years ago it'll be fine for Noah's lot too.
It's nitpicking like this that gives the bible a bad name. :-)

Fair enough, but humans were the same. The genetic disorders of the children as a consequence would mean they would soon die out.
