when downloading programes to the computer we get the following - "Q:\Incomplete". Error21:The device is not ready.

Is Q: your hard drive?

Ususally the hard drive is C: or D:, something fairly low down the alphabet like that. Make sure you're saving the stuff to your hard drive.
