Just taken up BT's offer of a free upgrade to BT Infinity 2, Engineer was on time and efficient, job done and tested in 20 minutes and I'm impressed.
D/L now 43
U/L now 12.5
Great improvement on what we had.
I know BT has it's detractors on here, but we've always has good service from them, let's hope it continues.

Couldn't agree more, baldric - our service improved considerably with Infinity. We're pleased with it - and as you say, in and out in less than half an hour.

He was a happy bunny 'cause all he had to do inside was change the socket faceplate, I'd set everything else up before he arrived.
I too changed over to Infinity in January and the service I get is smashing ! My average download speed is about 38 meg pixies and that is quite fast enough.

Jordy...it probably because "Fibre to the Cabinet" hasn't made it to your Telephone Exchange Area yet.

Look out for new green cabinets mounted on the pavements, sited close to the old, existing ones. These new ones are a little bigger, have small louvers in the casing and a yellow Laser sticker on the side. But register with BT and you will be in line to get Infinity as soon as its up and running.

I can explain "Fibre to the Cabinet" more fully if you require ( I am Ex-BT ! )
