Why does the front wheels on a car get much more dirty that the rear wheels ?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Bazile & other members, just a tip if I may, I valet cars & have fdone for the last 30+years, the dust, as said is brake dust and can damage the Alloys if not cleaned on a regular basis, I always remove my road wheels at intervals to clean the rear of the wheels, this is where the dust builds up and "EATS" into the alloys, I am healthy enough to raise my car on Ramps to do this task, but to me it's worth it, to get the alloys re sprayed you are talking in the region of ( Depends where you are) £50 Per Wheel, If any on here decide to do this task, Think SAFETY before you start.
