Film with children & peach tree

Now, I've been trying to find the answer to this question for years but no one (and i mean NO ONE!) has a clue what film i'm talking about!

Its a film that i watched when i was little and can't really remember much of it, but it must have been out in the 80's (around the same time as Labyrinth anyway) There were two children (a brother and a sister) who's grandma came to stay (I think perhaps she was ill?) anyway, they go through a mirror or something (somehow enter a magical world) where there's some kind of witch/evil woman and at the end there's a big peach tree (which is either crystal or has crystal peaches?!) - thats the bit i remember most - and at the end they make it back home and their grandma gets better and leaves.

Sorry i can't give more details, but if anyone has any ideas, PLEASE say!!!

Is it James and the Giant Peach? I know they made the Roald Dahl book into a movie once.

It's not James and the Giant Peach, unless they changed the story.

The film version wasn't made in the 1980's.

Nope, def not James and Giant Peach, it was (as far as i remember) all acted. Seem to recall J&GP being animated?

Well, it remains a mystery. I'm quite certain i didn't dream it!

oh my godness, i remeber what u were talking about, and I kept asking people and they had no idea as to what iwas talking about, yay the name of the show was the hugga bunch i just found out like last week!! And the only way i remeber it was from the peach tree, the which, the bald doll, and them walking sideways down the path. Isnt that funny that we both did remember much
