he allegedly dedicated it to Cheryl (Tweedy) but it's already been clarified that it was NOT her he was talking about. Quite how this was "clarified", I've no idea. Other possibles apparently include Kelly Osbourne, Rachel Stevens and NE Other Girl Aloud.
