Google is a search engine and doesn't host any web content (so you can't post anything to it).

(It makes no difference that, unlike the person posting that question, you don't want to host videos' The same basic points still apply).

As I've suggested in that post, a blog can be the simplest way to put things onto the internet.

Once something is online, Google's system should spot it and start linking to it but you'd need to get lots of other sites to offe4r links to your own one if you want your site to appear anywhere near to the top of the list f search results offered by Google.
