What Of The Libdem Womens Vote Now ?
http:// www.bbc .co.uk/ news/uk -politi cs-2886 2823
The LibDems have made a complete balls-up of this whole affair. I listened to one of the women that was groped by Rennard being interviewed this morning on the Today Program and she has now resigned from the Party, along with 3 others that were subject to his "wandering hands" ( her words, not mine)
At a time when all the serious Parties are supposed to be wooing the female vote, does anybody think that the LibDems have improved their standing ahead of next May's General Election ?

But folk who have done well via the status quo always look after their own, and so this is hardly unexpected. It'll fade from memory and longer term make no difference. The important thing is what they will tolerate from here on rather than what suspensions they lift or don't lift now.
