Saudi Arabia is funding I.S. Why?

Don't know the answer to that one, scooping, but in the late '90s when radical attitudes started appearing in our pupils, we discovered that Immams from Saudi had arrived in Bradford and we were told that it was because of them.

Speaking to parents, many of whom were very uneasy, and some community leaders. Other schools reported the same thing.

have some answers been removed from this thread? I can't on the face of it see how community leaders and schools has anything to do with Saudi or the funding of I.S......

I read that, ladybirder, but it just says individual Saudis may be sending funds, not the state.

just so, just so, ladybirder, which is why I asked if there was a link to explain the OP. I have to say the claim is new to me, but I don't always keep up with the news properly.
