Okay, now, leap years are divisible by four. . .Unless it is a century year that is not divisible by 400. Umm, yeah, that's right.
Now than, what year is it? Let�s see. There was the millennium not so long ago. Was that 2000 or 2001?
Oh, just forget about it! Make notches in a stick and when you get to the end, that�s a year!
