Borrowing A Friend's Husband
30 Answers
There's been a lot of stuff in the papers about Mariella Frostup "borrowing" her friend Penny Smith's husband to go on holiday with her as her own husband couldn't go owing to work commitments at the last minute.
Would you "borrow" your friend's husband/wife if your own couldn't go with you? On the other side, would you be happy for your OH to go away with your friend?
Personally, I'd be a bit miffed that she didn't ask me to go with her. Or another friend, sister, someone, while I was left to do all the boring home and work stuff on my own while OH was away.

I'm liking your thinking there Boo. One week we take out DIY Husband, next week Gardener Husband, after that I love cleaning and doing laundry Husband. Every now and then pop in and pick up Millionaire, yacht owning, Adonis Husband who knows how to pour a decent drink.
Yep, I'd renew my library membership ;-)
