Asus Memopad Hd7 . Help Please

I have lost the info onmy home page! When I first switch the tsblet on it qickly shows date and time and location etc but immediately i swipe te screen tounlock it just shows a blank screen without the info!
It works perfectly otherwise . Went into settings but this info is greyd out. What have i done to it!!

It sounds as if you may have accidentally rebooted it in safe mode.
When you go to power it off, if you keep your finger on the power off option for a couple of seconds it will offer to reboot in safe mode.
If you power off normally and then restart it, that should fix the problem, but look carefully at the options on the screen as you shut it down and choose the right one.
