On a point of safety, passengers standing in the corridor of a train as there is no seats available, the train has to make an emergency stop causing passengers standing to fall like skittles, some have very serious injuries, who is to blame?
I often think of that when I get on a packed tube TWR. People are all crammed in and if anything happens, they`ll be like a pack of dominoes. It can`t happen on aeroplanes due to the laws so I guess the blame would be with the regulators of the train industry who allow it to happen.
