I have bought new coals for the gas fire but it has two small side panels which are like a polystyrene type of material obviously heat resistant. Does anyone know what this is called and where can you buy replacenents

Thank you. That's exactly what I am looking for. Precious owners didn't leave instruction book and can't see make of fire. Will have to delve further to see where it is .
