If you could pick your favourite two course meal, regardless of cost, what would it be.?

Steak, chips, peas, tomatoes, onion rings followed by ice-cream and piping-hot apple pie. I am easily pleased!

One of my mum's roast dinners followed by her home made bilberry tart, with cream. Alas, it's not to be.

A freshly baked crusty baguette slathered in top notch olive oil with huge vine tomatoes, dry cured thick ham and mild cheese slices (with the smell of the mediterranean sea and breeze whisping about) then back to the shop window in the street to pick out a fresh glazed pastry made with apricot jam & cinnamon... ahh might have to go and find a bakers today if there are any open...

I have 2 - Lamb shank with dauphinoise pots and chocolate fondant or thai green chicken curry with jasmine rice and........choc fondant.

There is another meal I'm becoming addicted to, Caribbean mutton/goat curry with rice and peas and.............choc fondant.

My Mum's tattie soup and for pud? Another bowl of that lovely soup !! I make my own soup but it never tastes as great as my mum's.
