Does anyone have an idea of an approximate average price for disconnecting a cooker and connecting another one. Thank you

These divas charge £80 for call out. Polish will do for £20 & remove old cooker.
need to make sure they have correct Gas Safe certification though (or whatever it's called these days), or any insurance claim will be invalid.

My insurance doesnt ask for certs, if they do on a claim that would be illegal & litigant.
We bought our gas cooker from a local supplier, they added £40 to the bill for the connection charge, the fitter did all the tests and left a certificate to verify safe installation.
Changed from electric to gas recently. £50 to connect cooker
