Nice with crusty bread and a strong cheddar.
i love your little picture of the cow .
Seems an unusual combination. I`m not sure I`d want lime with cheeses/cold meats. It almost sounds like something I would have with Indian food.

SJ, yes I've got a half formed idea of somehow using it warmed & stirred through rice.... But that's as far as my imagination has got so far!

It's delicious btw
Sounds like it would go really well with Indian food.

Neat with tandoor cooked meat or fish; blitzed with some yogurt and served with pakora/bhajis/samosas.

Finely chopped and spread on filo and topped with paneer and rolled up before frying/baking.

Spread on toast before topping with strong hard cheese then grilled.

Where did you get it, it sounds lush!
Lime chutney usually goes with a curry

But for a quick fix..... On toast with cheese sounds lovely. Mmmm. I got it from a market stall, the brand is House of Ceylon.
In your shoes I think I'd consider eating it.

Er yes, the first thing I thought of was lime pickle with curry, but I have no idea how sweet or sharp (or hot) your chutney is. If on the sweet side, maybe use as a jam, although Mamy may have something with the strong cheese angle.
Send it to me, it sounds delicious!
Date and lime enema!... Obviously!

That's it boxtops.... Stir fry sounds good, as that website suggests.
