Travelling Into London?

hi guys im travelling from staffordshire to mayfair london tomorrow i have to be at mayfair around 8pm...aa route planner states 167 miles 3 hour drive...it says something about congestion charges may apply?...does that concern me?..im only travelling in a van to drop something off?

The Congestion Charge applies between 7am and 6pm and applies east of Hyde Park/Edgware Road and south of the Marylebone Road.
