People Throwing Drinks In Their Faces?

Was there an advert years ago about a man who, wherever he went, he saw people acting normally except for whenever they had a drink of some sort they chucked it in their own faces?

And at the end he's possibly in a bar and orders a drink. When he's given it think he just drinks it normally. But everyone looks at him as if HE'S the weird one?

Does that ring a bell to anyone?
