Yeah quite possibly as Google wasn't helpful when I tried to find it. It could well possibly be bilge, but I just liked the beginning bit of it.

I would think that if this song was composed especially for the ad, it wouldn't be running lyrics behind the voice-over, which is a very messy thing to do. More likely it is a track suggested to the advertising agency.
