I need to go to the supermarket but as I feel like death warmed up it is proving to be a struggle to get dressed let alone out of the house :-(

If you are still barfing tomorrow, you should really see a doc, therefore A&E, they have innoculations that can quickly stabilise you. Had one in Hong Kong after something dodgy in Zhuhai......stopped the multicoloured yawning inside thirty mins.

Hmm, the whole gamut of ginger, mint, cinnamon, Andrex etc are beginning to run low. And there is no one to do the supermarket sweep other than me :-(
