Cd Player Help

the laser on my cd player is playing up. It keeps jumping between songs. Very frustrating. Do you think its worth getting it fixed (I like the my machine) or is it cheaper to buy a new one.

i use a bit of washing up liquid for mine and dvds same for my glasses

I use my glasses cleaning solution on disc, but your optical reader may also need a clean, you can get a cleaner to pop in from the pound shop !

Thanks all. I know its not the discs because it does it on all of them, even the brand new ones. I'll have a look at the optical cleaner thing.
