Both films r good, but 'Oldboy' is AMAZING!!!

'Versus' is a bit more surreal and fantasy based and supernatural but Oldboy is just classy! Look out for the corridor fight scene in 'Oldboy' and you'll know what i mean. The story will leave you shocked as well! Guaranteed!

By the way, 'Oldboy' is Korean and 'Versus' is Japanese

Oldboy is not that violent, though it does have a very adult and taboo storyline. It is an excellent movie all the same. The fight scene mentioned is not that graphic and I thought it was a bit out of place with the rest of the film. I havent seen Versus but have seen Ichi the Killer which is a madly ultra violent japanese movie.
